[blog] Must-Have Downloads For 2010
When something goes wrong with my computer (program crashes, error messages, missing recycle bin) when I’m in the middle of something (composing e-mail, surfing the web, typing a Word document) the last thing I want to do is drop everything, trawl Google for a solution, and attempt a multitude of fixes that may or may not work (or make things worse).
